A simple and delicious overnight oats recipe with strawberries and cream.

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- In a jar or container, combine rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir well.
- Gently fold in the sliced strawberries.
- Cover the container and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4 hours.
- Before serving, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Top the overnight oats with whipped cream.
Notes
- For a thicker consistency, use less milk.
- Add other fruits like blueberries or raspberries.
- Sweeten to your preference with more or less maple syrup.
