Description

A simple and delicious overnight oats recipe with strawberries and cream.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. In a jar or container, combine rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir well.
  2. Gently fold in the sliced strawberries.
  3. Cover the container and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4 hours.
  4. Before serving, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  5. Top the overnight oats with whipped cream.

Notes

  • For a thicker consistency, use less milk.
