Ingredients

- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/2 cup mixed berries
- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
Instructions
- Combine oats, milk, yogurt, and chia seeds in a jar or container.
- Stir well to combine.
- Add mixed berries and stir gently.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4 hours.
- Stir before serving. Add honey or maple syrup if desired.
Notes
- You can use any type of milk, such as almond milk, soy milk, or oat milk.
- Feel free to add other fruits or nuts.
