- 8 oz cheddar cheese, cubed
- 4 oz brie cheese, sliced
- 4 oz goat cheese log
- 4 oz salami, folded or rolled
- 1 cup grapes (green and red)
- 1 apple, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup dried apricots
- 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 1 small baguette, sliced
- Black olives for decoration
Instructions
- Arrange the cubed cheddar and sliced brie on a large serving board.
- Place the goat cheese log in the center or a prominent spot.
- Fold or roll the salami slices and place them near the cheeses.
- Arrange the apple slices, grapes, and dried apricots around the cheeses and meat.
- Sprinkle the pumpkin seeds over open spaces on the board.
- Place the baguette slices around the edges of the board.
- Use black olives to create simple Halloween shapes, like eyes or spiders, on the brie or goat cheese.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- You can use cookie cutters to shape firmer cheeses like cheddar into bats or ghosts before placing them on the board.
- Chill the board for 15 minutes before serving if you prefer the cheese firmer.
