Description

A simple and flavorful grilled flank steak recipe.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1.5 lbs flank steak
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, minced garlic, black pepper, and salt.
  2. Place the flank steak in a resealable bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the steak, ensuring it is fully coated.
  3. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
  4. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Remove the steak from the marinade and discard the marinade.
  6. Grill the steak for 4-6 minutes per side for medium-rare, or to your desired doneness.
  7. Let the steak rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing against the grain.

Notes

  • For a deeper flavor, marinate the steak overnight.
  • You can substitute balsamic vinegar for lemon juice.
  • Serve with your favorite side dishes.
