- 1.5 lbs flank steak
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, minced garlic, black pepper, and salt.
- Place the flank steak in a resealable bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the steak, ensuring it is fully coated.
- Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the steak from the marinade and discard the marinade.
- Grill the steak for 4-6 minutes per side for medium-rare, or to your desired doneness.
- Let the steak rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing against the grain.
Notes
- For a deeper flavor, marinate the steak overnight.
- You can substitute balsamic vinegar for lemon juice.
