Ingredients

  • 1 box chocolate cake mix
  • 1 can (14 oz) caramel topping
  • 1 cup toffee bits
  • 1 container (16 oz) chocolate frosting
  • 1/2 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Prepare chocolate cake mix according to package directions. Bake in two 9-inch round pans. Let cool completely.
  2. Place one cake layer on a serving plate. Spread half of the caramel topping over the cake. Sprinkle with half of the toffee bits.
  3. Top with the second cake layer. Spread the remaining caramel topping over the second layer. Sprinkle with the remaining toffee bits.
  4. Frost the entire cake with the chocolate frosting.
  5. Chill the cake for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes
