Description
Make a quick and crispy grilled cheese sandwich using an air fryer.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 slices bread
- 2 slices cheese (cheddar or American recommended)
- 1 tablespoon butter, softened
Instructions
- Spread butter evenly on one side of each slice of bread.
- Place one slice of bread, butter-side down, into the air fryer basket.
- Top with the cheese slices.
- Place the second slice of bread on top, butter-side up.
- Set the air fryer to 370 degrees Fahrenheit (188 degrees Celsius).
- Cook for 4 to 6 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately.
Notes
- Use medium heat settings for best results to prevent burning the bread before the cheese melts.
- For extra crispiness, lightly spray the outside of the bread with cooking spray before adding butter.
