A quick and easy one-pan meal with ground beef, taco seasoning, and pasta.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 (15 ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 (10 ounce) can Rotel, undrained
- 2 cups water
- 1 1/2 cups uncooked pasta
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Drain excess fat.
- Add onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute more.
- Stir in taco seasoning, diced tomatoes, Rotel, and water. Bring to a boil.
- Add pasta, reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until pasta is tender, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in cheese until melted. Serve hot.
Notes
- Serve with your favorite taco toppings like sour cream, salsa, or avocado.
- You can substitute ground turkey or chicken for ground beef.
