Description

A quick and easy one-pan meal with ground beef, taco seasoning, and pasta.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 (15 ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 (10 ounce) can Rotel, undrained
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 1/2 cups uncooked pasta
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute more.
  3. Stir in taco seasoning, diced tomatoes, Rotel, and water. Bring to a boil.
  4. Add pasta, reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until pasta is tender, stirring occasionally.
  5. Stir in cheese until melted. Serve hot.
