Ingredients

- 1 lb skirt steak, sliced thinly
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup white rice, cooked
- 1 cup prepared queso dip
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro (optional)
Instructions
- Season the sliced steak with chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the seasoned steak to the skillet and cook until browned, about 3-5 minutes.
- Reduce heat to low.
- Stir in the cooked rice and queso dip until the cheese is melted and everything is combined.
- Cook for 2 minutes more, stirring occasionally.
- Serve immediately, topped with cilantro if desired.

- Use your favorite type of white rice.
