Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Slice cucumbers thinly.
  2. Toss the cucumber slices with salt in a bowl and let them sit for 15 minutes.
  3. Squeeze out excess water from the cucumbers.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, chili flakes, and minced garlic.
  5. Pour the dressing over the cucumbers and toss to coat.
  6. Serve immediately or chill for 15 minutes before serving.
