- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped cooked chicken
- 1/4 cup pickled jalapeño slices, drained and chopped
- 2 tablespoons green onions, sliced
- 1 teaspoon taco seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Lightly grease a small baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, cooked chicken, chopped jalapeños, green onions, taco seasoning, and garlic powder. Mix well.
- Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the dip is heated through and the top is lightly golden brown.
- Let the dip cool for 5 minutes before serving with tortilla chips or crackers.
Notes
- For extra heat, add a dash of your favorite hot sauce to the mixture before baking.
- You can substitute the cooked chicken with cooked ground beef or sausage.
