A quick recipe for making nachos on a single sheet pan.
Ingredients

- 1 bag tortilla chips
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup water
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños
- 1/2 cup sour cream (for topping)
- 1/4 cup salsa (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in the taco seasoning and water according to package directions. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Spread the tortilla chips in a single layer on a large baking sheet.
- Spoon the seasoned ground beef evenly over the chips.
- Sprinkle the cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses over the beef.
- Top with black olives, diced tomatoes, and jalapeños.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven. Top with sour cream and salsa before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute ground turkey or shredded chicken for the ground beef.
- For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of chili powder before baking.
