- 1 cup honey
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Place the unbaked pie crust in a 9-inch pie plate.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the honey, heavy cream, eggs, vanilla extract, salt, and melted butter until combined.
- Pour the filling mixture into the pie crust.
- Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, or until the center is mostly set but still slightly wobbly.
- Cool the pie completely on a wire rack before slicing.
Notes
- You can sprinkle a little extra flaky sea salt on top before serving for added texture.
- This pie tastes best when served slightly chilled or at room temperature.
