Instructions
- Combine the dried minced onion, beef bouillon powder, onion powder, dried parsley flakes, salt, black pepper, celery seed, and garlic powder in a small bowl.
- Mix all ingredients thoroughly until evenly distributed.
- Store the mixture in an airtight container.
- To use, mix one packet (about 3 tablespoons) with 2 cups of boiling water for broth, or use as directed in your recipe.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, you can add 1/4 teaspoon of dried thyme to the mix.
- If you prefer a lower sodium option, reduce the salt and use low-sodium beef bouillon powder.
