Description
A simple recipe for making honey BBQ chicken entirely on one baking sheet.

- 1.5 lbs chicken thighs, boneless skinless
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the BBQ sauce, honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper to make the glaze.
- Place the chicken thighs on the prepared baking sheet. Brush half of the glaze mixture over the chicken.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove the pan from the oven and brush the remaining glaze over the chicken.
- Return the pan to the oven and bake for another 10 to 15 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute chicken breasts for thighs, adjusting the cooking time as needed.
- Serve this chicken with roasted vegetables cooked on the same pan for an even easier meal.
