Description

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius). Grease and flour an 8-inch round cake pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar together until pale and slightly thickened.
  3. Slowly whisk in the olive oil until combined.
  4. Stir in the orange juice, orange zest, and milk.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Do not overmix.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan.
