Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz dried noodles (spaghetti or ramen)
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 green onion, sliced (for garnish)

Instructions

  2. While noodles cook, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, sugar, minced garlic, and grated ginger in a small bowl.
  3. Place the drained noodles in a serving bowl.
  4. Pour the sauce mixture over the hot noodles.
  5. Toss everything until the noodles are evenly coated.
  6. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and sliced green onion before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicier flavor, add a dash of chili oil to the sauce.
  • You can use peanut butter in place of some sesame oil for a peanut flavor variation.
