A simple and refreshing no-bake pie with a creamy filling and fresh strawberries.
Ingredients

- 1 pre-made graham cracker crust
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1/4 cup strawberry jam, warmed (optional, for glaze)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Stir in the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
- Pour the cream cheese filling into the graham cracker crust.
- Arrange the sliced strawberries over the top of the filling.
- If desired, warm the strawberry jam and brush it over the strawberries for a glaze.
- Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- For a firmer pie, you can add 1 tablespoon of unflavored gelatin dissolved in 2 tablespoons of water to the cream cheese mixture before folding in the whipped cream.
- You can substitute other berries for the strawberries if you prefer.
