A simple, no-bake layered dessert resembling lasagna, featuring graham crackers, chocolate, and marshmallow.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 (12 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 (12 ounce) bag milk chocolate chips
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Fold in half of the thawed whipped topping. Spread this mixture evenly over the graham cracker crust.
  4. Sprinkle the chocolate chips over the cream cheese layer.
  5. Top the chocolate chips with the remaining half of the whipped topping.
  6. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
  7. Before serving, sprinkle the mini marshmallows evenly over the top layer.
  8. Slice and serve cold.
