- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 (12 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1 (12 ounce) bag milk chocolate chips
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold in half of the thawed whipped topping. Spread this mixture evenly over the graham cracker crust.
- Sprinkle the chocolate chips over the cream cheese layer.
- Top the chocolate chips with the remaining half of the whipped topping.
- Cover the dish with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
- Before serving, sprinkle the mini marshmallows evenly over the top layer.
- Slice and serve cold.
Notes
- Use store-bought graham cracker crumbs to save time.
- For easier slicing, let the lasagna sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before cutting.
