Ingredients

- 1 pound elbow macaroni
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, celery, onion, pickle relish, mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Add the drained macaroni to the bowl and stir to combine.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a tangier flavor, add a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar.
