Description

Simple recipe for tender steak tips coated in garlic butter sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1.5 lb sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Season steak tips with salt and pepper.
  2. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add steak tips to the skillet in a single layer. Cook for 3-4 minutes per side until browned. Remove steak from the skillet and set aside.
  4. Reduce heat to medium. Add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter to the skillet.
  5. Add minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant. Do not let the garlic burn.
  6. Return the steak tips to the skillet. Toss to coat with the garlic butter.
  7. Cook for 1-2 minutes more until the steak reaches your desired doneness.
  8. Remove from heat and stir in fresh parsley. Serve immediately.
