Simple recipe for tender steak tips coated in garlic butter sauce.

- 1.5 lb sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Season steak tips with salt and pepper.
- Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add steak tips to the skillet in a single layer. Cook for 3-4 minutes per side until browned. Remove steak from the skillet and set aside.
- Reduce heat to medium. Add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter to the skillet.
- Add minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant. Do not let the garlic burn.
- Return the steak tips to the skillet. Toss to coat with the garlic butter.
- Cook for 1-2 minutes more until the steak reaches your desired doneness.
- Remove from heat and stir in fresh parsley. Serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce with the garlic.
- You can use any tender cut of steak, such as tenderloin or ribeye.
