Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef sirloin or tenderloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Pat the beef cubes dry with paper towels. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
  2. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic to the melted butter and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Do not let the garlic burn.
  4. Add the beef cubes to the skillet in a single layer. Work in batches if necessary to avoid overcrowding the pan.
  5. Sear the beef for 2-3 minutes per side until browned on all sides and cooked to your desired doneness.
  6. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
  7. Pour any remaining sauce from the skillet over the beef bites.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
