Description
Quick and flavorful bites of beef cooked in garlic butter sauce.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb beef sirloin or tenderloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Pat the beef cubes dry with paper towels. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the minced garlic to the melted butter and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Do not let the garlic burn.
- Add the beef cubes to the skillet in a single layer. Work in batches if necessary to avoid overcrowding the pan.
- Sear the beef for 2-3 minutes per side until browned on all sides and cooked to your desired doneness.
- Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
- Pour any remaining sauce from the skillet over the beef bites.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For medium-rare, cook until the internal temperature reaches 130-135°F.
- You can add a splash of soy sauce or Worcestershire sauce to the butter for extra depth of flavor.
