Ingredients

- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup pepperoni slices, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil.
- Place one tortilla in the skillet.
- Spread half of the pizza sauce over one half of the tortilla.
- Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese and half of the pepperoni over the sauce.
- Fold the empty half of the tortilla over the filling to create a half-moon shape.
- Cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side, pressing down gently with a spatula, until the tortilla is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the skillet and repeat with the remaining ingredients for the second pocket.
- Slice in half and serve immediately.
Notes
- You can substitute your favorite pizza toppings like mushrooms or cooked sausage.
- For crispier edges, you can brush the outside of the tortillas lightly with melted butter before cooking.
