  • 1 cup milk

Instructions

  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
  3. Dip each chicken piece first into the wet mixture, letting excess drip off.
  4. Dredge the chicken thoroughly in the flour mixture, pressing to coat completely.
  5. Heat about 2 inches of vegetable oil in a deep, heavy-bottomed pot or deep fryer to 325°F (160°C).
