Simple Cucumber Salad

Description

A quick and refreshing salad made with fresh cucumbers and a light dressing.


Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup white vinegar

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel and thinly slice the cucumbers.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the vinegar, water, sugar, salt, and pepper until the sugar dissolves.
  3. Add the sliced cucumbers to the dressing mixture.
  4. Toss gently to coat all the cucumber slices.
  5. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
