Ingredients

- 1 pound pasta, cooked and cooled
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked and cooled pasta, mayonnaise, sour cream, celery, onion, parsley, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Stir until all ingredients are well combined.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a heartier salad, add cooked chicken, ham, or hard-boiled eggs.
