Description

A simple, sweet, and creamy salad featuring fresh grapes and a light dressing.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups red seedless grapes
  • 3 cups green seedless grapes
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the grapes thoroughly.
  2. In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Add the sugar, sour cream, and vanilla extract to the cream cheese mixture. Mix until well combined and creamy.
  4. Gently fold the grapes into the cream cheese dressing until they are evenly coated.
  5. Stir in the chopped nuts.
  6. Cover the bowl and chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes

  • For a different texture, you can substitute brown sugar for white sugar.
  • If you prefer a lighter dressing, reduce the sour cream to 1/3 cup.
  • You can toast the nuts lightly before adding them for deeper flavor.
