Description
A simple and delicious pasta dish featuring tender chicken and a rich garlic parmesan sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 8 ounces pasta (fettuccine, linguine, or penne work well)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 ½ cups heavy cream
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup chicken broth
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain, reserving about ½ cup of pasta water.
- While pasta cooks, season chicken pieces with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
- Add minced garlic to the same skillet and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally.
- Reduce heat to low and stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is smooth.
- Return cooked chicken to the skillet. Add drained pasta.
- Toss everything together until the pasta and chicken are well coated with the sauce. If the sauce is too thick, add a little reserved pasta water until desired consistency is reached.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the sauce.
- Feel free to add vegetables like spinach or broccoli to this dish.
