Ingredients

  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius).
  2. Place the block of feta cheese in a small, oven-safe baking dish.
  3. Scatter the cherry tomatoes around the feta cheese in the dish.
  4. Drizzle the olive oil over the tomatoes and feta.
  5. Sprinkle the minced garlic, oregano, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using) over the ingredients.
  6. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the tomatoes are softened and the feta is warm and slightly softened.
