Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius). Lightly grease an 8×8 inch baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup, cooked chicken, milk, and frozen vegetables until combined.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix the crushed potato chips or breadcrumbs with the melted butter.
- Sprinkle the topping evenly over the casserole mixture.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the topping is golden brown.
Notes
- You can substitute frozen broccoli or green beans for the mixed vegetables.
- For extra flavor, add 1/4 teaspoon of dried thyme to the soup mixture.
