Description

Small, sweet bites made from cranberry sauce coated in chocolate.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole cranberry sauce
  • 8 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Spoon small mounds (about 1 teaspoon each) of cranberry sauce onto the prepared sheet.
  3. Freeze the cranberry sauce mounds for at least 2 hours, or until solid.
  4. Melt the chopped chocolate and coconut oil together in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  5. Dip each frozen cranberry sauce mound into the melted chocolate, ensuring it is fully coated. Use a fork to lift it out.
  6. Place the coated bites back onto the parchment paper.
  7. If using, immediately sprinkle the tops with chopped pecans.
  8. Refrigerate for 30 minutes, or until the chocolate is set.
