Small, sweet bites made from cranberry sauce coated in chocolate.
Ingredients

- 1 cup whole cranberry sauce
- 8 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans (optional)
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spoon small mounds (about 1 teaspoon each) of cranberry sauce onto the prepared sheet.
- Freeze the cranberry sauce mounds for at least 2 hours, or until solid.
- Melt the chopped chocolate and coconut oil together in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Dip each frozen cranberry sauce mound into the melted chocolate, ensuring it is fully coated. Use a fork to lift it out.
- Place the coated bites back onto the parchment paper.
- If using, immediately sprinkle the tops with chopped pecans.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes, or until the chocolate is set.
Notes
- Use homemade or high-quality canned cranberry sauce for best results.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
