Description
A quick recipe for a classic chicken Caesar salad wrapped in a tortilla.
Ingredients

- 2 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup cooked, shredded chicken breast
- 1/2 cup chopped romaine lettuce
- 1/4 cup Caesar dressing
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Pinch of black pepper
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, and black pepper. Mix until the chicken is evenly coated.
- Warm the tortillas slightly in a dry skillet or microwave for about 15 seconds per side.
- Lay a tortilla flat. Place half of the seasoned chicken mixture down the center.
- Top the chicken with half of the chopped romaine lettuce.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla inward over the filling.
- Tightly roll the bottom edge up and over the filling, then continue rolling until you have a secure wrap.
- Slice the wrap in half, if desired, and serve immediately.
Notes
- You can use rotisserie chicken for faster preparation.
- For a crispier wrap, lightly toast the outside of the assembled wrap in a dry pan for one minute per side.
