A simple recipe for baked pasta with chicken and creamy Alfredo sauce.

- 1 pound fettuccine pasta
- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken breast
- 1 (15 ounce) container Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius). Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Cook the fettuccine according to package directions until al dente. Drain well.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix until everything is evenly coated.
- Pour the pasta mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese evenly over the top.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges are lightly browned.
- Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can use rotisserie chicken for quicker preparation.
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of nutmeg to the sauce mixture.
