Quick and easy sliders featuring shredded chicken tossed in buffalo sauce, served on small rolls.
Ingredients

- 1 pound cooked, shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 tablespoon ranch dressing mix (dry)
- 12 slider rolls
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted (for brushing)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo wing sauce, 1/4 cup melted butter, and ranch dressing mix. Mix until the chicken is evenly coated.
- Slice the slider rolls in half horizontally, keeping the rolls connected if possible.
- Place the bottom halves of the rolls in a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the bottom halves of the rolls.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the chicken mixture.
- Place the top halves of the rolls over the cheese.
- Brush the tops of the rolls with the remaining 2 tablespoons of melted butter.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tops are lightly golden brown.
- Slice the sliders apart and serve immediately.
Notes
- You can use rotisserie chicken for faster preparation.
- Adjust the amount of buffalo sauce for your preferred level of heat.
