A simple recipe for a quick BBQ chicken flatbread using store-bought flatbread.

- 1 pre-made flatbread
- 1 cup cooked, shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced red onion
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius).
- Place the flatbread on a baking sheet.
- Spread the BBQ sauce evenly over the flatbread.
- Distribute the shredded chicken over the sauce.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese and red onion slices on top.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the crust is lightly browned.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh cilantro before slicing.
Notes
- You can substitute pre-cooked rotisserie chicken for faster preparation.
- Adjust the amount of BBQ sauce based on your preference for sweetness and tang.
