Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, mix together BBQ sauce, olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt.
- Place chicken thighs in a baking dish and coat them evenly with the BBQ sauce mixture.
- Bake for 35-45 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the skin is crispy.
- Broil for the last 2-3 minutes for extra crispiness, watching carefully to prevent burning.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the sauce.
- You can use boneless, skinless thighs, but adjust the baking time accordingly.
