- 1/4 cup soy sauce

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, grated ginger, and black pepper.
- Place the chicken in a baking dish.
- Pour the honey garlic sauce over the chicken, ensuring it is evenly coated.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce has thickened and caramelized. For thighs, it may take slightly longer.
- If desired, broil for the last 1-2 minutes for extra caramelization, watching closely to prevent burning.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
