Description

Simple recipe for cooking turkey meatballs in an air fryer.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix gently until just combined.
  2. Roll the mixture into small, uniform balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius).
  4. Place the meatballs in the air fryer basket in a single layer, avoiding overcrowding. You may need to cook in batches.
  5. Air fry for 10 to 12 minutes, flipping the meatballs halfway through cooking, until they are browned and cooked through (internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit or 74 degrees Celsius).
  6. Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add 1 tablespoon of finely chopped fresh parsley to the meat mixture.
  • If your meatballs stick, lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray before adding the meatballs.
